I'm Melissa Sprlyan, your professional newborn photographer in Perth. I adore photographing meaningful portraits to celebrate your newborn baby within the comfort of your own home. My newborn sessions are naturally styled and minimal. I give gentle direction and my aim is to photograph the natural connection between you and your newborn baby. The session is very relaxed. Your home is a sacred space to photograph your family. Some clients fear their home isn't perfectly styled or "pretty enough" to photograph, I have found this to be completely untrue! Often all I need is light walls and a large window. Newborn photography sessions are scheduled in the morning ending no later than midday, preferably during baby's first 5-10 days at your Perth home. Wardrobe is crucial to ensuring your portraits are of the light style you see in my portfolio. I provide the white linens you see in a lot of my work in addition to the wraps and blankets for baby. I work closely with my clients to ensure we get wardrobe right.
